Terms of Service

1. Services

Startswith Agency provides outbound prospecting services including research, messaging, campaign execution, and meeting booking. Specific deliverables are defined in your Statement of Work.

2. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

• • Provide accurate information about their business and ICP
• • Respond to meeting confirmations within 24 hours
• • Honor booked meetings or provide 24-hour notice for cancellations
• • Pay all fees according to the agreed payment schedule

3. Payment Terms

All fees are due upfront before work begins. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards. Late payments may result in paused services.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own all messaging frameworks, sequences, and research data created during the engagement. We retain the right to use anonymized learnings for service improvement.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the current engagement period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. No refunds for partial months. Prorated refunds available for prepaid extended engagements.
