Service Level Agreement
This Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) outlines the service standards and commitments between Startswith Agency and our clients.
1. Service Availability
We commit to maintaining 99.9% uptime for all campaign infrastructure and reporting dashboards during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST).
2. Response Times
- • Critical issues: Within 4 hours
- • Standard inquiries: Within 24 hours
- • Strategic discussions: Within 48 hours
3. Deliverable Commitments
All deliverables will be provided according to the schedule outlined in your Statement of Work. If we fail to meet a deadline, we will extend your engagement period at no additional cost.
4. Quality Standards
Every prospect we research undergoes a quality review before outreach begins. We maintain a minimum 95% accuracy rate on prospect data.
5. Remedy
If we fail to meet the commitments outlined in this SLA, clients are entitled to service credits or extended engagement time, as detailed in your Commercial Agreement.
