Commercial Agreement

1. Engagement Structure

Engagements are structured as 30-day sprints with optional ongoing retainer arrangements. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables are detailed in the Statement of Work.

2. Fees and Payment

• • 30-Day Sprint: $3,500 USD, payable in advance
• • Ongoing Retainer: $2,500/month USD, payable at the start of each month
• • Payment methods: Wire transfer or ACH
• • Late fees: 1.5% per month on overdue amounts

3. Deliverables

Standard deliverables include prospect research, email and LinkedIn sequences, performance dashboards, and weekly strategy calls. Minimum deliverable commitments are specified in the SOW.

4. Performance Commitment

We commit to delivering a minimum number of qualified conversations during each sprint period. If this minimum is not met, we will continue working at no additional cost until the commitment is fulfilled.

5. Exclusions

Our fees do not include third-party software costs, paid media spending, or travel expenses. If such expenses are required, they will be estimated in advance and billed separately.

6. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware.
